"Me and my husband came through the drive-thru Tuesday evening. We waited at the order box for 10 minutes. My husband very politely asked how much longer and the gentleman got on and said it'd be a few moments. We waited another 10 minutes. My husband again said sir how much longer this time we did not get a response. I waited another 5 minutes and then asked. Is there somebody there when a female got on took our order? Mind you there was nobody in front of us for the last 10 minutes of this. When we get up to the window, the gentleman we were originally speaking to was standing there playing on his phone and he had his headset around his neck. There was no apology. Sorry for your wait. Have a nice day. It was very rude interaction. I was a fast food manager for 6 years at two different businesses and I would have been horrified if my crew had done this. Very very bad service. Called and spoke to a manager at one of the other branches owned by the franchise because every phone number listed for this branch is no longer working. Gave my phone number so that somebody could get in touch with me and I have not received a call. Will not be coming back"

"Just came through 15mins ago and had the best burritos I’ve ever eaten there. 2 years I’ve been going to Taco Bell and it’s always at par or slightly subpar to the proportions , the way it’s rolled or the temp at which I get it. But today I was surprised with a burrito this morning to start my day being rolled perfectly , proportions of meat cheese and sauce being the exact amount need and the temperature was perfect, absolutely no complaints. It was so good I went back to the store to find who made it to thank them for my morning! Moe is who made them and he deserves every bit of recognition!!"

"We did a mobile order and waited in the drive thru, granted it was dinner rush and the cars were wrapped around the building, so we waited about 30 minutes, which isnt bad for a place thats slammed at dinner rush. The food was still hot and fresh. The crew members were very friendly even tho you could see they were stredded. We will definitely be going back to this location."

"Their food is good but their prices keep going up. It used to be $12 for a party pack and now it's $17 before tax. The tacos were good though, they had more meat on them than they usually do, everyone in the car thought so as well. I absolutely love their quesadillas. If you've never eaten at Taco Bell you HAVE TO try their quesadillas!"
